This is the basic
NCE Gold Card Course. It satisfies minimum NCE education requirements.
Topics Include Introductions to: Equity Marketing, Client Counseling,
Real Estate Formulas, Property Analysis, Taxation, Terminology. Real
estate licensees who join NCE upon class completion are eligible for
full NCE member benefits - including retroactive
member prices at the conference. This becomes a $150 discount
for those who join NCE at that time. Fee includes class materials.

Miller is member of the State Bar of New York who has practiced in
the area of real estate for well over a decade. He has represented
borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers, land developers, homebuilders,
commercial construction companies, and title companies. He has been
associated with the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business since
1997. His classes are approved in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada
Advanced
Education Sessions (AM or PM) can be taken together or separately.
Fees
Note
Since
the basic class is being taught simultaneously with the advanced class,
it is not possible to sign up for both. Students in the basic class
will be allowed to visit portions of the advanced seminar with the permission
of Magi Bird, the basic class instructor.
