Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy

Explanation - The National Council of Exchangors has been very successful with its National Conferences for a variety of reasons. Primary among the factors for success is our very economical pricing structure.. We still incur food costs, book printing costs, etc. for those folks who cancel at the last minute or fail to show for the meeting. Accordingly, the cancellation/refund policy for this Scottsdale Conference is as follows:

  • $25 fee* for cancellation prior to Sept 12th
  • $85 fee for cancellation between Sept 12th and Sept 26th. (See explanation, above)
  • $145 fee for cancellation between Sept 26th and Oct 8th. (See explanation, above)
  • $229 fee for cancellation after Oct 8th You will receive a marketing book. (See explanation, above).

( * If, at the time of cancellation before Sept 12th, you commit to attend the next meeting (with no further rollover or refunds), the $25 fee will be waived and you will receive a low presentation number at the next conference.)

The balance of your refund, if any, will be applied to either the next conference or toward your next NCE dues (if you are a member), whichever comes earlier. Or, if you notify the NCE office that you wish a cash refund of your balance before Sept 12th, you may have the balance of your refund via credit card (if you paid by credit card) or NCE check.

Meeting Cancellation Limitation

In the event that the conference is cancelled by NCE, or due to other factors outside of NCE's control, then NCE shall only be responsible for a maximum liability amount equal to your prepaid registration fees. NCE shall NOT be responsible for any other losses which you may suffer beyond a refund of the conference fees you paid to NCE.
