It's Easy - Here's How
1. Fill out the following form to have your dues processed through our online interface.
2. This form will transmit your personal information to the NCE office which will then process your renewal application after credit card charge has been verified. (Charges are verified online within seconds of submission over our secure server)
3.Once you have submitted this form you will be sent to the secure server area where your credit card can be processed to make payment for your renewal application. You will have other options at that point, but you'll have to have the security code visible on the back of your credit card to complete the transaction.
4. Current and former members of NCE may use this interface for dues renewal application.
5. All dues renewals are $195. There are no prorations on any renewals.
6. All renewals are subject to approval of NCE.
7. If your dues are not succesfully renewed, you will receive a full refund to your credit card, less a $5 processing fee.

By placing my affirmation in the form box which follows,
Subject to approval of this application for renewal by the executive committee of NCE, and in consideration of membership in the National Council of Exchangors, "NCE", I affirm and agree:

I currently hold a valid real estate license and have previously held or currently hold an NCE Gold Card.

I will adhere to the Bylaws and to the Code of Ethics of NCE while a member in NCE. I understand that I may only use the EMS designation and/or reference to my membership in NCE while I remain a member in good standing with NCE and that I will promptly remove all references to the EMS designation and my membership in NCE from all materials, advertising, and other communications and media in the event that my membership in NCE should terminate for any reason.

I agree to allow NCE to send faxes to my fax number. I also agree to allow NCE to send me automated voice messages and/or text messages. This permission is deemed to be renewed effective on the date of any communication from NCE to me and will continue until such date as I notify NCE in writing of the termination of these permissions.

I agree on behalf of myself, my estate, my successors and/or assigns to hold harmless, protect, defend, and indemnify NCE from any loss, liability, or claim of any nature, past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, in any way connected to my membership in NCE or my presence at or participation in any NCE event, program, or benefit, or my status as a member of NCE.

Notwithstanding any other provision or agreement, I understand that my membership in NCE is subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of NCE and that in the event that any dispute should any arise between myself and NCE, I agreed to accept as liquidated damages from NCE the prorated amount of any unused dues paid to NCE as compensation in full for any loss, claim, or cause of action I may have against NCE.

I will only place property in the NCE Packages Online system that I either own or for which I have a signed listing agreement.
