NCE national nonprofit organization of client-centered agents helping achieve your real estate investment goals and solving real estate problems. NCE members use real estate opportunities, superior education, and unique group marketing to improve your position. National Council of Exchangors members bear the designation of Equity Marketing Specialist or 'EMS' after achieving a high level of education in real estate marketing, real estate counseling, real estate taxation, real estate finance, real estate management, and real estate exchange as determined by the National Council of Exchangors. In addition to improving your ownership position, your EMS real estate broker can help you achieve a tax-free exchange of real property through the tax deferral provisions of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. These tax-free Section 1031 exchanges allow you to compound your real estate equity instead of bleeding it through the unnecessary payment of capital gains taxes. NCE members meet frequently in local, regional, and national groups to help each other solve their clients' real estate problems.
