how our Guest Book works

Fill out this form. This information will be used to create your personalized user area at Packages Online and will appear on your package when it is completed | |

When you hit the Submit button, we will create a Personal Key which we will immediately send to the email address that you have given us. You will also go to a webpage page where you can make other choices about where you want to go. | |

Go to your email to retrieve your NCE Personal Key. It may take a minute or two for the email to reach your email box. (Delays are more common for America Online members.) | |
|
4.

Once you have your key, you can use it to access to our package-making and other more powerful functions. Later, you can change your personal key from time-to-time as you see fit. (You will need your last personal key in order to create a new one, so please take care of your personal key!) If you lose your personal key you will have to contact the NCE office to retrieve it.
